How outcomes are measured
Every signal that crosses our broadcast threshold is logged the moment it fires — before we know how it plays out. We then track the index's move over the following window. Target Hit means the favourable move reached our minimum threshold; Stop Hit means the adverse move reached the stop level first; Flat means neither — the move stayed inside both. Pending means the window hasn't closed yet. Nothing here is edited after the fact.
