Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 July 2026

This policy explains what DisciplineX ("we", "us") collects, why, and what control you have. It applies to the website, dashboard, behavioral tools, and the free Telegram feed (the "Service").

The short version. Our business is selling you a behavioral tool, not selling your data. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We collect what we need to run your account, your discipline record, and your payments — nothing more.

02How we use it

We do not use your behavioral data to give you or anyone else trading advice, and we do not sell it.

03Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make the Service work, each acting as our processor under its own terms:

We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our users or the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

04Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on our providers' cloud infrastructure, primarily in the [[FILL: Supabase region, e.g. Singapore / Mumbai]] region. Some providers may process data outside India; where they do, we rely on their contractual and security safeguards.

05How long we keep it

We keep your account and behavioral records for as long as your account exists, so your history and streaks remain intact. Payment records are retained as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records by law.

06Security

Access to your behavioral records is protected by database-level access controls so that your rows are scoped to your authenticated account. Payments run over Razorpay's secured, signature-verified flow. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to fix issues promptly. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to disciplinextrader.in@gmail.com.

07Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may:

To exercise any of these, email disciplinextrader.in@gmail.com.

We use your browser's local storage and a single session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing this storage will sign you out.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change and material updates may be notified in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
