Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of DisciplineX — the website, web dashboard, "Discipline Mirror" behavioral tools, and the free Telegram market-context feed (together, the "Service"), operated by [[FILL: legal entity / proprietor name]] ("DisciplineX", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Read this first. DisciplineX is a behavioral-analytics and data-presentation tool. It is not investment advice, not a tip service, and not a substitute for your own judgment. We are not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Trading in options carries a high risk of loss. Every trade you place is your own decision and your own risk.

01What DisciplineX is — and is not

The Service helps you observe and improve your own trading behavior: it records daily commitments, rule adherence, check-ins, streaks, and a Discipline Score, and it presents publicly available options-market data (such as open-interest positioning) as neutral context.

We do not provide buy/sell calls, entry or exit prices, targets, stop-losses, or a "trade plan".
We do not provide portfolio management, tips, or personalised investment advice.
Market context we display is information and education only, may be delayed or incomplete, and must not be relied on as a basis for any trade.
If any message from the Service ever appears to tell you to buy or sell, treat it as a bug and report it to disciplinextrader.in@gmail.com.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including those governing trading and taxation. You use the Service at your own risk.

03Accounts and access

Accounts are created through Google sign-in, or via an access code we issue.
An account is for one individual. Do not share, sell, or transfer your login or access code.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at disciplinextrader.in@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

04Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial (approximately 10 market sessions). We do not collect any card or payment details to start a trial, and nothing is charged automatically at any point. When the trial ends, paid features simply stop until you choose to subscribe. The trial exists so you can fully evaluate the Service before paying anything.

05Subscriptions, pricing and billing

Paid plans (prices in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated): ₹699 / month, ₹1,499 / quarter, ₹3,999 / year.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details; those are handled by Razorpay under its own terms.
Subscriptions are one-time, prepaid for the plan period. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring mandate — access simply ends when the period expires unless you actively renew.
We may change prices for future purchases; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that period.

06Refunds

Because we offer a full 14-day free trial with no card required, subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where refunds are required by law or in the case of a duplicate or failed transaction. Full details are in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or publicly repost the Service's data or outputs; scrape, or use bots or automated means against, the Service beyond normal personal use; attempt to breach security, access other users' data, or interfere with the Service; or use the Service for anything unlawful. The behavioral data in your account is yours to use privately; the Service, its software, and its aggregate data are not.

08Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by DisciplineX and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. Your own inputs (your rules, reflections, and records) remain yours; you grant us the limited right to store and process them to operate the Service.

09Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Google (sign-in), Supabase (hosting and database), Razorpay (payments), Railway (backend hosting), and Telegram (the free feed). Options-market data originates from broker and exchange sources and may be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or their handling of your data under their own terms.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or that any data or score will produce any particular result. Any trading decision you make is solely your own, and past patterns are not indicative of future results.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisciplineX and its operator will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DisciplineX and its operator from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your trades, or your breach of these Terms.

13Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions on IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive. You may request an export of your behavioral records before or after termination at disciplinextrader.in@gmail.com.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [[FILL: city, e.g. Bengaluru]] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
