Refunds & Cancellation Policy

In one line. You get 14 days free with no card. Once you choose to pay, the subscription is final and non-refundable — because you have already evaluated the full product at no cost and no risk.

01Try before you pay

Every new account includes a 14-day free trial (about 10 market sessions) with no card or payment details required. This is your window to evaluate DisciplineX completely before spending anything. We deliberately offer this in place of post-purchase refunds.

02Subscriptions are final

Because the full product is available free during the trial, subscription payments (₹699 / month, ₹1,499 / quarter, ₹3,999 / year) are final and non-refundable once made, including for partially used periods and for time remaining if you stop using the Service. Please use your free trial to decide.

03No auto-renewal

We do not store your card and do not set up any recurring mandate. Nothing renews or charges automatically. When your paid period ends, access simply stops until you actively choose to buy another period. There is therefore nothing to "cancel" to avoid a future charge — no future charge exists.

04When we do refund

We will refund in these limited cases:

Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same period due to a technical error.
Failed activation — your payment succeeded but the subscription was not activated on your account and we cannot resolve it.
Where required by law.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may take longer to reflect it).

05How to request

Email disciplinextrader.in@gmail.com from your registered email within 7 days of the payment, with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

06Your record is yours

Whether or not you continue paying, you can request an export of your behavioral records at any time at disciplinextrader.in@gmail.com.
